1. Copyright Notice

All images are copyrighted by Meg S Photography. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these images is strictly prohibited.

2. Usage Rights

Clients are granted personal usage rights for images included in their package. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

3. Gallery Access

Online galleries are accessible for 30 days. Please download your images before the gallery expires.

4. Editing and Alterations

Images may not be edited, cropped, or altered in any way, including filters, without the photographer’s permission.

5. Prints and Products

Prints and products ordered through the gallery are fulfilled by professional labs to ensure quality. Meg S Photography is not responsible for quality issues with third-party prints.

6. Non-Refundable Deposits and Payments

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Digital downloads are final once delivered.

7. Liability

Meg S Photography is not liable for loss or damage to images after they are delivered. Please back up your files immediately upon download.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be resolved under the laws of Georgia.
